Elisio Project
Funded by donations, we want to set up a school for IT specialists in the island state of São Tomé and Príncipe. Graduates should then work as IT specialists in European outsourcing projects in order to continue to finance and expand the school in the long term.

São Tomé and Príncipe is the ideal location to open a new outsourcing destination for IT projects in the medium term.

Sustainable social impact through IT outsourcing projects
Projects should not be permanently dependent on donations. The goal must always be to enable sustainable projects with a real chance of self-financing.

- IT outsourcing enables foreign exchange to be brought into the country without having to leave it.

The core of the project is the establishment of a school that works according to the humanistic image of man and Humboldt’s educational ideals. The personal development of the individual is the focus and is supported by a community of learners and teachers.
Pedagogically, didactically and professionally, training is established at the highest European level based on dual training systems. Particular attention is paid to the intensive linking of theory and practice. Scientifically supported, this school is a prototype of new sustainable development cooperation and creates future perspectives.
